The copyright of every article on Theologi ARTIA is fully held by the author under the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

  1. The copyright of every article published in Journal of Technology and Information Systems belongs to the author.
  2. Authors retain all their rights to their published work, not limited to the rights set out on this page.
  3. Authors are aware and acknowledge that Theologi ARTIA is the first journal to publish under the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
  4. Authors may submit articles separately, organising non-exclusive distribution of manuscripts that have been published in Theologi ARTIA journals into other versions (e.g. sending to the author's institutional repository, publication into a book, etc.), stating that the manuscript has been published for the first time in Theologi ARTIA.
  5. The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author named in the article, has not been published before, does not contain unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of other parties, is subject to copyright exclusively held by the author.
  6. If an article is co-authored by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorised by all authors to agree to copyright and licensing notices on their behalf, and agrees to inform the other authors of the terms of the applicable policies at Theologi ARTIA. Theologi ARTIA has no responsibility for anything that may arise due to internal disputes among the authors listed by name in the article.
